Vision
To build reproducing ministers for Christ

Aims
The small group provides an environment of care and discipleship. Group members meet regularly for worship, prayer, study of God's Word and fellowship. Every member of the group should grow in maturity in Christ and develop a burden for service in the various ministries of our church.

BRMC now has 89 active small groups, including those for the Mandarin Ministry, the Sunday School and the Youth Ministry. There are several groups that are inter-generational.
