REQUIREMENTS

  • GCE “A” levels and above. Certification in Facilities / Building Project Management, or other closely-related fields is preferred.

  • Must have been in a similar role and possess related experience of at least 2 years.
  • Able to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Able to meet deadlines.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Able to communicate and collaborate effectively with various levels of staff and lay congregants.
  • Able to manage conflict professionally and with humility and respect.
  • Competent in Microsoft office word processing, excel and powerpoint
  • Able to work on alternate weekends, 6 days week, 44 hours.
  • Good administrative and organisational skills.
