DESCRIPTION:Caring for someone with dementia or living with it can be overwhelming\, but you’re not alone. \nThe monthly Shalom Dementia Care Fellowship provides a supportive space where those with dementia and their caregivers can come together in faith and fellowship. \nIt usually runs on 3rd Saturdays of the month\, 1.30pm-4pm. \nJoin in and embrace the joy of growth\, wisdom and community. \nThe programme usually runs as follows: \n\nWelcome\nWorship\nScripture/Message\nExercise\nClosing\n\nRegistration is required. Please contact Chong Tian at the church office at 6256 4298. \nGet in touch \n\nThe CONNECT Seniors Ministry meets regularly to G.R.O.W. – Graciously Ripen\, Overflowing with Wisdom from Above. \nJoin us and embrace the joy of growth\, wisdom\, and community.
