This season is a time to reflect, savour His goodness, make sense of past experiences, and embrace spiritual renewal during these peaceful and grace-filled years of our journey with God.

• Health and frailties – what we should know about illnesses and difficulties in the senior years
• Preparing for heaven – how seniors should prepare for the end of life on earth and live in hope
