How to look after ourselves? How to modify our lifestyle?
In this talk, Dr Rukshini Puvanendran will speak on how to keep our brains sharp and healthy based on scientific evidence and how modifying our lifestyle minimises this risk.
Rev Dr Daniel Koh will then delve into what this means for our spiritual lives and touch on what it means to be spiritually resilient.

(a) Dr Rukshini Puvanendran is a Senior Consultant and Clinical Associate Professor in KKH Women’s and Children’s Hospital
(b) Rev Dr Daniel Koh Kah Soon currently serves as a pastor at Barker Road Methodist Church. A former lecturer at Trinity Theological College, he has served in Board of Governance of the Methodist Welfare Services.
