Parents play a God-given role in nurturing their children’s faith, yet many struggle to do so amidst the demands of everyday life. This practical workshop explores why faith formation at home matters and equips parents with simple, sustainable ways to disciple their children in daily life.

Participants will:

• Understand the biblical role of parents in discipling their children.
• Learn the foundational principles of leading family devotions.
• Apply the practical 4R Framework for family devotions at home.

About the Speakers

Elvin and Esther Foong are co-founders of The Treasure Box Singapore, a ministry dedicated to equipping parents and churches in family discipleship. They are also founders of Kidmin Singapore, which trains and supports children’s ministry leaders across the region.

Elvin serves as a trainer and consultant in children’s ministry and family discipleship and is pursuing a Master of Divinity at Singapore Bible College. Esther is a part-time lecturer at the National Institute of Education (NIE) with extensive experience in education and character formation. Married for 18 years and parents of two teenagers, they are passionate about helping families grow closer to God and one another through intentional discipleship at home.
