The Growing as Disciples In Christ (GDIC) programme is made up of three modules, based on the established 2:7 series by The Navigators, starting in January 2026.

Module 1 – “Growing Strong in God’s Family” – provides the building blocks for inculcating important spiritual habits for every disciple including:

• Memorising key Scripture verses
• Spending daily quiet time with God
• Praying to communicate with our Heavenly Father

Session Format 

Experienced GDIC facilitators will encourage and engage each group in lively and open conversations every week, whereby participants will share key reflections from spending quiet time, review memory verses and discuss Bible content. It will be a journey of discipleship and mutual encouragement with like-minded brothers and sisters.

Module 1, themed “Growing Strong in God’s Family”, will begin in the 2nd week of January 2026 and runs over a period of 12 weeks with 2 group options:

• Tuesdays, 8pm-10pm
• Saturdays, 10am-12pm

Meetings will mostly be conducted via Zoom, with selected onsite meetings.

Subsequent modules

After Module 1, you are strongly encouraged to continue on with Module 2 ‘Growing Your Roots in Christ’ and Module 3 ‘Bearing Fruit in Christ’, which will run for 11 weeks each.
