In each season of our lives, there is a divine purpose, and that includes our ageing and senior years.
Whilst this season is commonly viewed as a time to slow down and wait for life’s conclusion, however with that we miss out on truly appreciating how one’s ageing years is a God-given season of life, filled with purpose and hope. This season is a time to reflect, savour His goodness, make sense of past experiences, and embrace spiritual renewal during these peaceful and grace-filled years of our journey with God.
In this one-day seminar, Bishop Emeritus Robert Solomon will speak about the following topics:
- Ageing as a spiritual journey – what seniors should bear in mind as we age
- Enjoy redemptive relationships – how to enrich our relationships and what to focus on
- Health and frailties – what we should know about illnesses and difficulties in the senior years
- Preparing for heaven – how seniors should prepare for the end of life on earth and live in hope
